Williams was raised first by her father, a Brooklyn firefighter. Later, she was raised by her mother (who lived within Tribeca Manhattan) after the divorce of her parents when she was very young. She attended junior high school at Chinatown New York high school located in Chelsea and then attended Nazareth College in Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran manicurist who has never been satisfied with nails that look the same. Her organic, healthful approach and focus on nails that are in vibrant colors have always stood out. Angel is a fan of the attention to detail she gives to each aspect in her job.
